Outlaw Bulldogs Puppy Contract

This animal is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of purchase.  All of our litters have been registered with the American Kennel Club.  It is the responsibility of the new owner to get papers and pedigrees.

1.  For the protection of both the purchaser and seller, we require that you have your puppy examined by a vet withing 48 hours of purchase.  Failure to have your puppy examined within 48 hours voids this warranty.

2.  If the puppy is found to have a health problem at the 48 hour exam which is untreatable, we will give you another puppy of equal value or if we have no puppies left available, you will receive a refund. In order to receive your refund you must bring the puppy back to us, with his registration papers and everything that came with the sale, within 24 hours of the medical examination.  There must be written proof from a veterinarian describing the untreatable problem with the puppy.

3.  The puppy is not to be euthanized without the sellers knowledge and consent.  In the event of this puppy's death, an autopsy and or statement from the veterinarian will be required.

4.  This puppy is not guaranteed  against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes after the puppy leaves our home.  We do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, or Parasites.  We will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona Virus after the 48 hour period.

5.  Seller is not responsible for any vet fees or medications the puppy might need.

6.  Our puppies are sold as pets only and there is no guarantee of a certain size, color, quality, disposition, or fertility.
